Also of note from the announcement:
Weights in grams rather than pounds (for the non-US audience? I doubt it).
Display listed as clear type HD and Full HD (What do these mean? Retina caliber apparently).
Release sometime. You know, when Windows 8 is ready (Why tell us now? Are they not paying attention?).
Honestly, I hope these Windows 8 devices give the iPad some healthy competition; however, what they’ll likely do is simply solidify the perception that you need Office.
Also, the keyboard case is just the kind of competition I’m talking about. Pretty cool.
